"I contacted Conor Walsh, of Waterford Efficient Living, when we needed some
work done on my mother’s house. Conor had previously made some bespoke
fitted furniture for my own house and I was very happy with the end product.
The problems in my mother’s house related to dampness and poor insulation and
the walls had mildew. Conor came promptly, assessed the problem and came back
with a reasonable quote within a short time frame. He also advised me about a
grant that I could apply for from Sustainable Energy Ireland which would assist with
the costs. We agreed on the price and I am delighted with the job that Conor
completed which involved dry lining the walls, fitting attic insulation and undertaking
a before and after BER cert.
