to G (least efficient). The certificate details your energy usage and carbon emissions
based on the heat loss through your buildings fabric (floors, walls, roof and windows)
and energy required for ventilation, along with space and water heating. A B.E.R. certificate is used to inform the user of the efficiency of the building. Through
our retrofit report we can show how energy efficient a house can be with improved
insulation in various areas (roof, attic, walls etc.) and can also advise as to the best
solution possible depending on the style of house and clients individual budget.
